Can I have different prices for different events?
You may create as many price lists as you need. You may also build a series of small price lists and then combine lists when building a job. Prices can even be changed after a job has been uploaded and is online.
If I need to add or remove images from a job, can it be modified after the job is online?
Unlike some other online image services you can add or remove as many images as you like after the job is online. You can change the status of a job from active to inactive and then back to active again if necessary.
How long will it take to get started?
It takes approximately two or three hours to become familiar with the different modules, create a basic price list and get your first job online. Additional time may be required if you want to make significant changes to the look of your site. After the initial setup, very little time will be required to manage the site.
If I don’t accept credit cards, is there any way to use this system.
If you don’t accept credit cards, there is a provision for accepting checks which are mailed directly to your studio or you can offer a variety of payment methods such as pay at the studio.
Can I sell packages?
Packages can be sold. When packages are offered you have the option of single pose or multiple poses in the same package.
What happens when I receive an order for prints that require different cropping from the same image?
At this time we are still suggesting PROS as the basic ordering system, but an integrated ordering system will be available very soon. PROS allows you to have complete control of all crops and the new integrated system will display an optional cropping window when any image is more than 2 percent (you set the amount) outside the specified crop lines of any image being ordered. A cropping window will appear and you will have the ability to crop as desired.
Is it possible for my clients to copy my images and bypass me?
Of course anything is possible but it is not likely that your clients would try and copy your work if you use just a little caution. You have the ability to water mark the online images with either your logo or text that you can place on the image in various places. Also, all right click features are disabled so the Copy and Save As options have been removed.
How does the password protection work?
A password can be included with the order during the upload or it can be added, changed, or removed in the OnlineManager after the job has been uploaded. You always have the ability to review the password of any job in the OnlineManager.
Can I make changes to my site or do I have to hire a Webmaster?
The site is template driven and a number of different looks can be obtained using the preset templates along with the custom color and background options that are offered. If necessary, you can get your Webmaster to make custom modifications and setups for you.
Is there any way to offer and manage gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates can be offered with or without an expiration date and there is a provision for monitoring the remaining balance on any gift certificate that was issued through the system. It is up to the studio to design and print the actual certificate that would be presented to the recipient.

How do I receive print orders from my clients?
You will be notified by e-mail that there has been an order placed for some of your images. The e-mail will show most of the order detail but will not display any credit card information. The same order information, including the credit card detail, will appear in your OnlineManager in the Customer Manager section. Each order will be listed and can be printed with or without a thumbnail of each ordered image. You can also manage the status of each order from the Customer Manager.
