We know that our customers come from all over the country, however we found this bit of information about Texas to be important. Photographers are artists, no doubt about it, but did you ever think they were manufacturers? According to the state of Texas photographers are considered manufacturers and sales of photographs are taxable. If you have not been filing sales tax in Texas, fire up your computer and log onto Window on State Government for more information. Remember that orders for photographs placed on the Internet are taxed just the same as orders placed at your studio.
