• Online images are protected from a right click copy and a watermark option may be selected or modified for each job.
• Portfolios (also known as image galleries) are available.
• Events or online jobs may be password protected and can be removed or changed using the online management site.
• Images can be added or removed from any online event.
• Black & white and sepia viewing options may be added to each job.
• Album proofing feature allows for fast efficient way to proof your albums and get feedback from your customer about the design.  Albums can only be viewed by e-mail addresses selected by you.  They are not accessible to the normal viewer.
• Price lists may be customized to meet your needs.  Custom items may be added at the job level or used with every job.
• All items can have options like Canvas Mounting, Texture, Custom artwork, etc.
• A product image or graphic may be displayed on your price list.

• Gift certificates may be offered and sold in a variety of ways.  Gift certificates may have an expiration date or they can be non-expiring.  Automatic tracking of the balance of each gift certificate is possible.
• Discounts at the order level can be set up to be automatically applied for situations like, order within 15 days, orders over $500, orders over $1000.  If multiple discounts are offered, it will select a single discount resulting in the largest discount to your customer.
• Captions may be added under the online images and may be used as a search device for events like racing where a number (23) or name (Chevrolet) can be associated with an image.
• My Favorites requires an e-mail entry and allows you to monitor favorites, if you desire. My Favorites is stored in the system, by the viewers e-mail address and can be re-viewed and modified upon a return visit by the consumer.
• Shipping options include pick-up at studio, or shipped from the studio via U.S. mail or any other carrier you desire.  Shipping fees are determined by you and may be added to your customer’s invoice.
• Shopping Carts are standard, allowing for a variety of payment and delivery methods. Payment methods include: cash, checks, credit cards with or without real-time processing, and PayPal.

This add-on package includes:

• Magnifier Tool – A very practical tool for family portraits and large groups. This option allows you to upload images that are four times larger than the standard online image but still prevents malicious copying. This option is selectable at the job level during the upload process.
• Slide Show – A great way to allow your clients to preview images without a lot of mouse clicking and intervention creating a more relaxed viewing situation.
• Guest Book – Invite site visitors to leave their name, e-mail address, and comments.
• Mailing List – Keep in touch with clients through this fantastic marketing/communication tool.  With mailing lists, you have the ability to compose HTML emails to send to your customers! Helps keep a lists of addresses. Great marketing tool!

This add-on package includes:

This service includes a default flash template, of our choosing, with five stock images running in the flash presentation. Additionally, the following custom pages will be set up: Order Status, Email, Contact Us, About Us and Blog.  In addition to the custom pages, a sample Product and Price list will be set up.  NOTE: In order for the About Us page and Blog to be added, we must receive a short description of your business, and the web address of your current blog page.
